This position reports to the Head of Brand for Mr D.
Your responsibilities will include:
Community Engagement and Interaction
- Drive meaningful interactions by engaging in and moderating community discussions.
- Encourage user-generated content and foster a vibrant community culture.
- Serve as the front-line brand ambassador in daily social media conversations
- Monitor social channels for brand mentions and customer feedback, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses.
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain a respectful and engaging online environment.
- Address negative sentiments swiftly to uphold the brand's reputation.
Content Support and Alignment
- Load all content across social platforms timeously.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of content across social platforms that resonates with the community.
- Ensure content consistency with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
- Support live events and campaigns with real-time content and community feedback.
Insights and Reporting
- Gather and analyze community feedback to provide insights on public sentiment and content performance.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to refine strategies based on community insights.
- Generate regular reports detailing community engagement trends and content effectiveness.

- Resourceful: Adept at finding creative solutions to engage users and resolve issues.

- Strong understanding of social media dynamics and user engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to monitor and moderate large-scale online communities.
- Competence in utilizing analytics tools to derive community insights.
- Familiarity with content management systems and scheduling tools.
- Experience in supporting and aligning content with broader marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in community management.
