We are looking for a City Series Working Student to join our team in Berlin. 

The Not In City Series are cultural festivals taking over cities globally and are dedicated to celebrating the creative community. These multimedia events take place during impactful institutional moments. 

As the City Series intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Brand Energy Project Manager on execution of the City Series agenda throughout the year. From initial strategy through to the launch. This is a key role within the Highsnobiety Brand Team as we continue to develop the City Series template.

 

YOUR MISSION:

  • To work alongside and assist the Senior Brand Energy Project Manager
  • Executing project management tasks 
  • Keeping presentation decks up to date, creating keynotes and case study decks
  • Supporting all teams to adhere to deadlines, guiding all Brand teams through each phase of the project
  • Keeping all internal working documents updated
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders, ensuring everyone is up to date on the latest status and progress of the project
  • Supporting the events team & collaboration team to ensure product is prepared for each city series  

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • Passion and understanding of fashion and streetwear culture
  • Familiar with Keynote, Spreadsheets and Asana
  • Able to work with a high sense of urgency and integrity and is motivated by deadlines and new challenges
  • Strong communication skills & time management skills
  • Comfortable with a team-based work structure; ability to demonstrate flexibility on the job
  • Must be available at least 2-3 days a week
  • Enrolled in a full-time university program and currently living in Germany
