We’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Sales Manager in Poland.

This position requires you to be based out of Warsaw and go to the office 3 days per week.

Your mission:

Reporting to the Country Director, you’ll be part of the Polish sales management team and play a crucial role in scaling Too Good To Go in Poland. Together with the Country Director, you will be in charge of developing the sales strategy in Poland and lead the team to grow our community of partners fighting food waste.

Your role:

  • Lead by example and foster a strong team culture where everyone feels supported to deliver their best work
  • Manage your own time and pipeline in order to hit your own targets and input metrics every month whilst supporting the team to hit theirs
  • Hold your team to a high standard of performance through focussing on the inputs, KPIs and best practice, including use of Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Independent Accounts leadership and People & Culture to recruit new team members
  • Coach your team throughout the Too Good To Go sales process, both on the phone and in person and provide advanced negotiation expertise
  • Identify, motivate and empower high performers in your team, working with Independent Accounts leadership to provide them with learning and development opportunities and progression paths
  • Effectively plan and set sales goals, analysing data from past performance to forecast
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities within the region, monitoring competition, key players and market changes trends
  • Monitor regional performance and key metrics and share with Independent Accounts leadership
  • Positive collaboration with other sales teams and other internal departments
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the food waste world and knowledge of the regional market
  • Advance own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other training

What you should have:

  • You have strong experience working, motivating and leading in sales. This has exposed you to different sales environments and methodologies that you can draw on to lead the Too Good To Go’s sales team
  • You are a strong sales leader, with excellent negotiation, pitching and presentation skills with a proven track record of winning new businesses
  • You are a motivated and experienced people leader with an excellent understanding of both the dynamics of a scale-up, and the coaching, motivating and leadership of an acquisition team, in person and remotely (virtual management)
  • You have developed or supported to set up a sales strategy, ideally in a scale-up, fast-growth business
  • You are data-oriented and work with KPIs to guide actions and keep track of team performance
  • You are experienced in using a CRM/Sales tool, Salesforce a major plus
  • You are a first-class communicator and are able to draw on those skills to set the bar high and get team members to perform at their absolute best
  • You are highly empathetic yet able to challenge your team when needed
  • You are a make-it-happen person who is excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • You have a true passion for sustainability - you understand the urgency of action for the planet
  • You have full business proficiency in Polish (C2) with a strong command of English (B2/C1)
