Roles & Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in invoice billing
- Balance settlements
Bank Reconciliations:
- Checking and entering bank ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
General Ledger Entries:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts as needed
- Support with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Assist with other clerical tasks as required
Desired Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
