Job Responsibilities
- Leverage market expertise and conduct portfolio reviews to recommend initiatives to meet individual project goals and objectives.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management and investment committees to relay project status and financial conditions of projects.
- Assist in due diligence efforts, including property inspections, and coordination with external partners involved in constructing facilities.
- Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate investments, identifying areas for cost savings, optimization and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including acquisitions and finance to support strategic initiatives.
- Act as point of contact and provide seamless communication across TDP’s portfolio companies’ financial and accounting teams including AP and Purchasing.
- Monitor landlord, developer and contractors work, schedules, and contract obligations.
- Review and analyze quantitative data, legal documents and other materials as part of an opportunity assessment or due diligence process
- Ability to communicate real estate and construction strategies to stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
- Address repair/maintenance issues as needed and support the facilities team with landlord repair/maintenance items as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in general contracting, subcontracting, real estate analysis, investment banking, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
- Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics, market fundamentals, and investment strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
Compensation
Competitive compensation consisting of base salary and an annual performance bonus
