We are looking for an Compliance Security Engineer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the Security team, which is targeted to protect our properties and assets. What you’ll be working on:
- Assist in maintaining a security compliance framework aligned with the company's compliance requirements, external audits, internal audits, and regional regulations across our global entities
- Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, ISO 27701, SOC 2, and other security compliance frameworks.
- Streamline the process of security risk management within the organization.
- Continuously develop, manage, and maintain information security policies, processes, standards, and procedures. Regularly update controls to comply with international standards and regulations.
- Actively engage in and provide support for external security and privacy assessments.
- Provide support for and conduct annual internal security and privacy assessments.
- Assist in planning and executing the annual Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drill and security awareness program.
- Establish internal procedures and standards related to IT security.
- Ensure that the organization aligns with relevant security regulations.

About you:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with security compliance programs in a financial institution. This includes actively engaging in the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of security measures to ensure regulatory compliance within the financial sector or consulting sector.
- Possess knowledge and practical working experience in managing and maintaining international data privacy and information security frameworks. This involves a hands-on approach with frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PCI DSS, SOC 2 and other relevant standards. The experience extends to implementing robust measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure adherence to global compliance standards.
- Demonstrated experience in information security, IT audit, IT risk management, data privacy, or Business Continuity Management (BCM)-related roles. This encompasses actively participating in the development and execution of information security strategies, conducting thorough IT audits, managing IT risks effectively , ensuring data privacy compliance, and contributing to the establishment and testing of business continuity plans.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is necessary.
