As a People Operations Specialist, you will become a member of the People Ops function. Our focus is to support our employees in all HR-related matters (and often beyond), to help build a best-in-class environment and culture, to onboard new Wrikers, to keep all data and documents in order and up to date and to support managers and HR business partners along the way. The successful HR Ops Specialist meets the needs of employees and managers and govern the employee experience with the Company.

This role is very important in developing our great culture and supporting our employees in all HR-related matters. More about Your team
Local HR team consists of 2 people. In this role you will report to the Senior People Operations Manager.
How do we work?
The team follows a hybrid mode (3 days office work) and enjoys weekly meetings and regular 1:1s with the managers. Our Prague office is the base of support for our Wrikers in the Czech Republic, Estonia and Ireland.
How You’ll make an impact
- By being responsible for the whole life cycle of the employees and administrative HR processes (maternity leave, absence management, onboarding and offboarding, contractual changes, etc.)
- Via maintenance of the employee data and files
- By handling employees' and managers' inquiries and requests related to HR operations
- Managing immigration documents for international employees, сoordination with external vendors for immigration services, ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications and work permits.
- Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end-to-end HR solutions to solve their issues.
- By participating in various global HR projects
- Via cooperation with various vendors and timely submission of invoices to the Accounting Team
- By preparation of different ad hoc HR reports
You will achieve your best if you have
- 2-3 years of People Operations/Human Resources related experience.
- Strong knowledge of the Czech Labour Code
- Working knowledge of English (C1 level) & Czech (C1 level)
- Highly focused on accuracy and detail
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats
- Self-motivated to deliver best-in-class customer experience, fast learner
- Able to manage ambiguity and fast-paced change
