About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the first on the ground within an established company with an excellent product. The GTM Lead will be working closely with the VP of Sales - helping to lay the foundations of a new Mid-Market sales team. This is a hands-on role - you will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from creating or nurturing new leads through to closing the deals. 

In your daily routine, you will:

  • Interact and engage with Mid-Market sized companies (500-5,000 employees)
  • Engage with various personas, which may include HR, Procurement, Finance and Legal professionals, among others. Managing multiple stakeholders at one time
  • Take ownership and responsibility for the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to product demo, negotiation and deal closure
  • Oversee opportunities with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of £300K or more
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing department to create unique demand generation campaigns 
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of prospective client requirements
  • Craft persuasive bid proposal materials/documentation
  • Guide the contractual aspects of the sales process
  • Work closely with the implementation team to ensure a seamless transition to service delivery

 

Requirements:

We’re looking for an experienced sales person; minimum of 6 years selling experience, possibly having managed sales teams in the past. Working in a startup environment, where you are expected to be innovative and embrace change should be something that excites you.

YunoJuno is a challenger brand to the big traditional MSP providers and long-term success in our sales team is having a curious mindset and the ability to act on that curiosity in a proactive manner. Along with these qualities, there are several other skills that are crucial for success in the role:

  • Heavy focus on generation of your own pipeline, while also converting marketing generated pipeline
  • Managing named target accounts lists and building strategies on how to engage with the personas that will drive deals within these accounts
  • A constructive approach to challenging the status quo
  • Familiarity with mid-size company procurement processes
  • A willingness to ask questions and a hunger to learn more about the industry
  • A background in selling HRTech or Procuretech to HR, Finance, Compliance or Procurement personas is desirable
