About the role:

We’re seeking a commercially-focused Product Marketing Lead to help position YunoJuno as the leading solution across key categories and industries. Reporting into the Head of Growth and Marketing, you will be an exceptional story-teller who can articulate complex product offerings through compelling messaging that appeals to multiple target audiences and channels.

A true cross-functional expert, our new Product Marketing Lead will be the glue that binds Sales, Marketing and Product together to generate pipeline.

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine value proposition, messaging and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall commercial goals and market trends.
  • Responsible for developing the go-to-market strategy as well as the delivery and execution of campaigns. 
  • Conduct regular market research to understand our competitor’s current and future strategies.
  • Develop strategic, insight-driven go-to-market plans for new product initiatives to drive demand generation and product adoption.
  • Provide messaging frameworks, content and collaterals to help articulate our unique value proposition across multiple channels and mediums.
  • Validate hypothesis on messaging effectiveness through quantitative performance data and/or customer interviews. 

 

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in B2B product marketing, ideally within HR Tech or Contingent workforce industries. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in setting positioning and messaging direction 
  • Proven experience working with complex product solutions for various buyer profiles
  • Ability to work cross functionally, in particular with Sales and Product teams
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS marketing channel mix, including Performance, E-mail, Events, Social and in-app messaging.
  • Product Marketing Alliance or Reforge certification desirable but not essential.
